Saturday - May 2, 2010 The Los Barriles Rotary Club presents the 2nd Annual "Tres Pez" Fishing Tournament. Basic rules: Catch 3 different species of fish (billfish, roosterfish, and sharks excluded). Just an update, April 16, 2010, on my travel to Tecate.....three different areas under construction close to Mulege and Santa Rosalia with short delays... The Ensenada to Tecate highway is great. No construction going on as of two days ago..nice 4 lane for a few miles and wider 2 lanes into Guadalupe Valley and a short ways north of the town..Rest of the highway North to Tecate was in good
